Proposed Cottage Design
The 2008 Green Cottage is being built for the Hampton Home and Garden Show the weekend of May 2nd, 3rd
and 4th. At the end of the show the Cottage will be auctioned to the public. The proceeds will be donated to
the American Heart Association. The Green Cottage is an example of a near-zero energy, high performance
building. The essence of the sustainable design are demonstrated in the components of the building.
